CTF: Seasons Edition

Capture the flag, now Fall vs Winter instead of Echo vs Vortex. The game switches from tagging halfway through, and, most importantly, has no question answering! Gadgets configured for balance.  The game approaches the prop limit with around 3000 props. The map is roughly the same size as the original.
